I was a happy bride because I had Vibhinta to help
At the time of my wedding planning, one of the biggest sources of concern for me was clothes and make-up. I'm not the sort of bride who had the time or the inclination to shop a lot. I knew I wanted most of all to be comfortable on the events and not look like some overly decorated pinãta. The thought of being stuck in a salon for 2-3 hours on the day of my wedding, and ending up with layers of makeup was giving me nightmares. Most of all I wanted to look like myself while looking like a bride.
Vibhinta was a huge support- from giving me advice on the bridal veil with my saree and how to make my sangeet lehnga look "just right" with the addition of extra borders, to finding reference looks and constantly sending me pictures for make-up and hair till I picked a look to suggestions for bridal shopping in Jaipur to finding the perfect hairdressers- she was there through it all, over phone, whatsapp, e-mail and in person. The best part was that Vibhinta took the time to understand that I wanted a more natural look, and respected that in her choice of colour and style.
When I found out that Vibhinta would be able to come home and do my make-up for the wedding, I was absolutely thrilled. She really knows what she is doing
I was a careless shopper. I almost never knew what to wear. I was forever confused and would always get ready for any occasion in a hurry. Wear a denim and some shirt to go with it and always had a problem getting the shoes right. In truth, never really put in any effort. Maybe I don't or didn't have the penchant for it.
Until I met Vibhinta, I was oblivious to the fact that a lot actually goes into having or creating an image. More than how others perceive you, hell I didn't even know how I perceived myself. With respect to styling or being styled.
It's been over a year now and from live stage shows to my sister's wedding, Vibhinta has literally transformed me and my outlook towards how a person should dress and communicate effectively with what they wear. I have been battling with my weight for the last couple of years due to medical condition and slowing I started loosing my confidence. Earlier when I was 55 kgs even a t-shirt and jeans used to look perfect on me but then as I started gaining weight I started hiding behind oversized clothes.

I wasn't happy being invisible & Vibhinta changed it all for me
I am someone who didn't understand anything other than computer programming. To me, dressing right meant wearing something that is washed and ironed. The fit, colors, fabric, etc I had no idea that mattered. I didn't know appearance could make such a difference in my self confidence and what others thought about me. All I knew was that I wasn't happy being almost invisible and Vibhinta changed it all for me. I chose to go to her and now I get noticed and even get compliments all the time.
Shopping with her isn't painful at all. She does everything in advance so all you do is walk in to the store and try the clothes she picks for size. Everything I end up buying suits me and is well within budget. When she is shopping for you, if she thinks you can get something better, she will get it for you. The Improv actors look awesome, thanks to Vibhinta
When we launched The Improv, from the first show at Alliance Francaise we knew costumes and styling will be a huge challenge. The show had no script, no limits, and the actors (they came in all shape and sizes) had no style :-) But seriously, styling a show which had no script meant the actors needed to stand out, look good, be cohesive as a team with each individual's personality shining through and most of all they needed to be comfortable on stage. That is the brief we had for Vibhinta. And all this had to be done within a meagre budget.
She took on the challenge and helped us produce one fantastic, houseful show after another. She kept the humour alive but gave the entire team incredible pizzaz while always keeping in mind our target audience. So for shows ranging from high profile gigs at 5 star hotels, events at comedy clubs all over the country to shows with stars in the audience, The Improv team looked fantastic, ALWAYS.
