Her 18 years in the industry made her realize the pressure people feel to look perfect and that insecurities lie within the most successful people too. Intensive grooming by the best coaches of international business etiquette and social graces have taught her the art and science of first impressions, personal style and conducting oneself with confidence and grace. She wanted to use what she learnt to help people believe in themselves and now she lives her passion everyday as she trains & coaches individuals and organisations around the world.

 

Vibhinta’s individual clients come from across India, US, Hong Kong, UK, Bahrain, Singapore, Sweden, Australia, Thailand, Canada and range from ages 7 to 75, all with a desire to look good and feel great.

 

Her corporate clients include the top names in real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, IT, consulting & healthcare. As a corporate trainer, her areas of expertise are customer service, client management, employee motivation, corporate communication, etiquette, brand building, premium & luxury brands and retail & institutional sales. She also gives talks on the subjects of image, motivation & confidence and is a faculty at ICBI, India, LCBS, India, and MTC, Bahrain. 

 

She believes that in every challenge lies an opportunity and in the past 3 years alone she has prepared over 200 graduate students for their first jobs, taught in 3 post graduate institutes, and has taught over 300 women the power of makeup.

 

Vibhinta is an avid writer who blogs regularly, has had articles published in numerous lifestyle magazines and has just launched her first e-book ‘The Essential Skincare Guide’, the first instalment in the Essential Guide Series.

 

A ‘nerd' at heart, Vibhinta is an economics major who has studied Management, Merchandising and Marketing from NIFT. She is one of the first few internationally certified Image Consultants in India with certifications from ICBI, certified by SQA & accredited by NABET and is a professional member of IMPA. In 2019, she was approved by the Government of Bahrain as a Visiting Trainer for their Ministry approved training programs.

 

Her past accolades include a double debut in Bollywood as an actor and stylist for the highly acclaimed film ‘Station’ in 2014, Winning Elite Model Look International in 2004, and a Miss India finalist in 2006. She was featured on the TV show ‘Image Banani Hai’ in 2013.
